School Districts Community Information The Village of Briarcliff Manor is located 12 miles north of White Plains and 34 miles north of mid-town Manhattan. Briarcliff Manor is situated within the town of Ossining and the town of Mount Pleasant.
Briarcliff Manor is easily accessible by car and bus via Route 9, Route 9A, Route 100, the Saw Mill River Parkway, and the Taconic State Parkway. In addition a short 45 minute ride from the nearby Metro North train station at Scarborough Manor will bring you directly to Grand Central Station in downtown Manhattan.
